Like everything else these days, I will reluctantly trade my privacy for public safety. If I buy into Obama Care, then I will take the "free" test.

So when I dont consent to an HIV screening, am I forcibly taken to a fema camp or a prison????

Because this will be used to segregate people and opens the door to an "anything goes" scenario with Federal government profiling US citizens for categorisation...
