If Russia invades anyone, there should be a complete trade embargo against Russia to force Vlad from office and restore territorial integrity. Of course, this means Europe would have to pay more for natural gas so it won't happen. USA should stop trying to be world policeman.
Biden is hyping this to distract from high inflation his policies caused, more COVID deaths than Trump, humanitarian crisis at border, $31M (10% to Big Guy) his family made from China in 2021, his obvious cognitive decline, cursing at reporters, failure to get his agenda passed in Congress, etc. LGB

These letters allow people who can't financially compete with investors the opportunity to stand out.
ReplyIt's your property, you should be able to use whatever information you want to decide the sale. Say I'd rather sell my property to a local family instead of a corporate developer that should be my choice.
ReplyYes they should. That is how I sold a piece of real estate I had. Happened four years ago. Was given a higher offer from a developer but I went with the people that sent me the letter. I was able to pick who was going to live next door to me. Have never regreted it. They are the best neighbors!
