$100/month for the covered lot directly north of us. There is a bridge that goes from the 5th floor of that lot to the 6th floor of our building.

Advantage: covered parking for weather, etc., still seems like there are plenty of spaces
Disadvantage: must go up and down multiple floors each way to get in and out, tighter spaces
