I have a bad heart condition, so walking is about the only exercise I can do.

I walk super fast at all times. In my house, at work, when shopping, at airports, and when traveling to new cities. I actually park my car far from store entrances and walk quickly across parking lots, often passing cars that drove in when I did but are still looking for a spot! It energizes me!
