Rape of a teenager by an adult should receive the maximum sentence and any other charges they stick him with should also get the maximum and not to be served concurrently

I do not see this doing a lot of damage towards Russia & in return the American people will suffer due to extremely high gas prices. Russia will just find another buyer & meanwhile we may have just put a target on our back for a trigger happy Putin.
