There is a time and place to protest . . . On the owners/fans dime is not one of them and during the national anthem is another.

United under the flag shows respect for all not just a few it's a spectical of selfishness for one race putting themselves apart from the whole.

Once again, it's called free speech, kinda what this is all about. But some want to follow trump blindly, sad. Guess they can't think for themselves.

Absolutely not! And I think what has happened to Colin Kapernick is a travesty.

They are not using violence, that's a good strategy to show their protest in a good way to a huge crowd

It's important that we are able to protest in a peaceful manner. Some pretty amazing changes have happened in our country due to non violent protests.

The state refused to keep people and businesses safe. Someone needed to step in.

They have the right to demonstrate but they do not have the right to damage or destroy. Apparently local enforcement couldn't handle it. Stop it asap

Trump is agitating the situation. If Gov Newsom had thought it necessary he would have called them in. It was not Trump’s decision to make. Trump is merely trying to take over California because it is a mainly democratic state and he considers its citizens enemies
