Yes, Bend has radically changed in the past 10 years. Murders, drug arrests, robberies, burglaries, you name it. So sad to see a town changing so much...Many thanks to our law enforcement.

I live in a pretty safe n'hood on the W side. I'm also on a dead-end street, not near any major thoroughfare, so I think that makes it a bit safer. We also have a n'hood watch + close-together houses.

Trump is agitating the situation. If Gov Newsom had thought it necessary he would have called them in. It was not Trump’s decision to make. Trump is merely trying to take over California because it is a mainly democratic state and he considers its citizens enemies
