I think having condos in downtown will bring more vitality to the downtown area especially in the summer months.

I made the transition to Electric vehicles 3 years ago. My household has 2 EVs and soon to add a 3rd. My solar and battery system charge my cars. Its a no brainer to go electric !! I recommend it.
