Seem like every returner always has 3-4 people in his face when he catches the ball.

We need to pressure the kicker. we never do and that kills us.

It all starts with blocking. Without better blocking, you could put Ameer back there and I'm not sure the results would be a whole lot better (but more of a chance he'd get hurt).

I think it is actually both. someone that is consistently able to catch the ball and is a breakaway threat, as well as better blocking so they have a chance to move the ball up field after the catch

The punt returners are hardly given a chance.
