Too much talent to be wasted sitting these guys. Give the rock to Wilbon and Ozigbo and Newby. Add in Spielman and DPE too.

We will have a qb that cannot run. So only one back is not enough options.

initially by committee until we find out if we have that one back that can emerge from the back. It is too early to tell.

talent is key. If you don't have an every down back, don't force somebody into that role

Lots of good backs. I want to see Adam Taylor used. He is a beast!

If we run the ball 35-40 times a game we need more than 1 IB to step it up.

Why recruit them to sit on the bench. Just find/hire an OC who knows something about it!

We need to use the fullback like the end of last year. Also running 60% or more requires a committee approach.

Back in the day Thurman Thomas and Barry Sanders were both on the roster for OSU. Would you have left Thomas ride the bench? Now we aren't blessed with that depth, but both are solid. Fresh legs matter!

Newby has the most talent...but that kid Ozigbo has great vision!! I would start Ozigbo

Must be the right back though. WIth their ability to get yards as the primary motivating factor rather than their ability to pass protect.

I feel it gives the back the reps he needs to get into rhythm and grow throughout the year

However... It would depend on how things go in any game. If a couple of backs do the job great also. But if one guy with a fullback and or another back can do it... Fine.

One back approach is the best with a back to give spells when needed...look at Abdullah..that's what we need to go to
