If the qb can run, of course. And TA is a powerful runner who can be very effective.

Use Armstrong's strength.

Makes sense with Armstrong as starter &. Bush as back up. Switch to QB pro set in 2017.

Depends on who is at QB. Obrien, then no. If he is returning senior then YES.

With a talent like TA, limiting his passing, and his reads, should be tantamount for this coaching staff. Their jobs depend on at least 8 wins this coming year. That depends on limiting TA's interceptions.

I felt this past season with the new OC he tried to make our team into something that were not, a pass team, 60%! That's not who this team is or past teams in our history. The running game is the HEART of Neb. HUSKER, you run to set up the passing game not the other way around.

It makes the offense so much harder to defend, especially if you have someone that can run like TA..

We have to play to win each game and not worry so much about next one so much! One week at a time!!

Running the ball is what Armstrong excels at and it gives a plus one blocking advantage to the offense. Win win if you ask me.

What ever helps us win. If passing is not better then more running.

No, keep his running limited! Is it me or did anyone watch the UCLA game.

Do you think Trev Alberts was correct to push for the coaching staff changes before season end?

It was right to do sooner than later

The defense has made progress. The offense not so much. The real problem is Frost's dedication to Martinez. Adrian is a great guy, but his minuses exceed his pluses.

The production was there from those coaches. Better to make the decision then, so you can still have a positive impact with recruiting.

I imagine the transfer portal had a lot to do with the timing.

The team was not going to become better with their existing staff. Make the cut and start improving.

If you are not going to make new hires before the end of the season anyway, what was the purpose in firing them now? It will be interesting to see how the offense performs, but I can't see this as beneficial.
