This is a dumb question. Suh has the contract. Someone thinks he is worth it, or they wouldn't pay. Question unecesary.

Given he is a beast AND demands double teams, he should earn 2X of the average DT.

He has the raw, physical talent to justify that, but NO if he can not shutdown his Personal Foul problems and play smarter.

by the very definition of worth. an athlete is "Worth" what someone is willing to pay. If Miami is willing to pay 118 Million over 6 years for Suh than by definition he is worth it. You may not like it, but he is technically worth it.

QB and DT are the most valuable positions in the NFL - he's among the best.

Why shouldn't he be? Of all the Pro linemen I've seen last year, Mr. Suh has them all been in every category of defensive skills, strength and endurance.

You have to put with his antics sometimes but I feel he is one of the very best in the league.

No NFL player is "worth" this kind of money, especially 60 M guaranteed...

no one is. He just got some of his what would have been good teammates put on the chopping block. Glad to see he getting money but you can tell Superbowl is not on his mind.

Not something anyone should make. People can't feed their families and this guy makes this? We have lost focus on life.

Suh is a beast but getting two good tackles for less money could pay off and mitigate risks of injury etc. Miami needs a QB.

Do you think Trev Alberts was correct to push for the coaching staff changes before season end?

It was right to do sooner than later

Should have waited until season was over

The defense has made progress. The offense not so much. The real problem is Frost's dedication to Martinez. Adrian is a great guy, but his minuses exceed his pluses.

The production was there from those coaches. Better to make the decision then, so you can still have a positive impact with recruiting.

I imagine the transfer portal had a lot to do with the timing.

The team was not going to become better with their existing staff. Make the cut and start improving.

If you are not going to make new hires before the end of the season anyway, what was the purpose in firing them now? It will be interesting to see how the offense performs, but I can't see this as beneficial.
