Just shows how far the program has dropped that we are only 1 point better than Purdue!

Just think...if we would of had 400+ yards on the ground, instead thru the air can you imagine what the score would have been? No offensive line play, so no ground game. Which is why rushing yards are superior to passing yards.

One TD with 14 seconds left didn't change what I saw for the other 59:46 of the game.

Not so lucky in coming games? The game coaching and strength coaching are really poor— mediocre player development and a lot of injuries are prevalent. I suspect the season ends on a poor note.

Because Purdue is not a first-rate team. I'm glad NU won, but it likely doesn't prove much.

Do you think Trev Alberts was correct to push for the coaching staff changes before season end?

It was right to do sooner than later

Should have waited until season was over

The defense has made progress. The offense not so much. The real problem is Frost's dedication to Martinez. Adrian is a great guy, but his minuses exceed his pluses.

The production was there from those coaches. Better to make the decision then, so you can still have a positive impact with recruiting.

I imagine the transfer portal had a lot to do with the timing.

It had to be done and it clear that things are going to happen at NU.

The team was not going to become better with their existing staff. Make the cut and start improving.

If you are not going to make new hires before the end of the season anyway, what was the purpose in firing them now? It will be interesting to see how the offense performs, but I can't see this as beneficial.
