If he can stay healthy he will be big.

Special teams can turn the tide in a game very quick. De'Mornay has the ability to do great things on special teams and then come right in on the offince and finish the job. He is a very deadly weapon in the Huskers arsenal. GBR

I'm not sure if the special teams coach is any good or if Pierson-El will be healthy enough to perform at the same level as he did as a freshman but De’Mornay Pierson-El can change a game in a single play both as a punt returner and a receiver.

As a KR he is irreplaceable. The loss of him to injury isn't really felt at WR with the great depth there.

Do you think Trev Alberts was correct to push for the coaching staff changes before season end?

It was right to do sooner than later

Should have waited until season was over

The defense has made progress. The offense not so much. The real problem is Frost's dedication to Martinez. Adrian is a great guy, but his minuses exceed his pluses.

The production was there from those coaches. Better to make the decision then, so you can still have a positive impact with recruiting.

I imagine the transfer portal had a lot to do with the timing.

It had to be done and it clear that things are going to happen at NU.

The team was not going to become better with their existing staff. Make the cut and start improving.

If you are not going to make new hires before the end of the season anyway, what was the purpose in firing them now? It will be interesting to see how the offense performs, but I can't see this as beneficial.
