I am director of a large team...attrition happens. Sometimes it is a good thing to have people leave my team. If someone doesn't want to be here, doesn't want to put in the work...it is best that they move on to something else. It is what it is.

The recruits who followed Scott Frost were emotional about it at first and then reality of location and rebuilding have turned some minds.

Top-quality "brand" non-performing,see: win/loss; poor development on offense; poor transfer of "coaching to player performance," a.k.a.- "practice to game day," etc. This is Coach Frost's program flying NU colors; but, for now, I constructively question Coach Frost's commitment to accountability.
