Do you feel the officer-involved shooting in Calexico was justified?

if police don’t have the proper knowledge or training to de-escalate a situation like that, and they simply going straight to shooting and killing a human. How is that justifiable? they get funded thousands of dollars but can’t get proper training? how does that make sense?
