WHILE I AM LOATHE TO SAY ANYTHING RUSSIA DOES IS "FAIR," WITH THIS VIRUS, IT ORIGINATED IN CHINA, SO IT'S LOGICAL TO TARGET THE CHINESE. CHINA HAS OVER 80K CASES OF THIS BUG. I'D AVOID THEM AS WELL.
