Commented "STREETLIGHTS!!! I've had it with the dark sky BS. My neighborhood street is dark as pitch.. You can't see anything. There are PLENTY of ways to preserve "dark sky" and still have streetlights that point downward. I have lived in neighborhoods in Bend that have those kinds of lights, but not NWX."
